E) Multiple Listing Service- As a Realtor, I will list your home on the MLS, where over 9,000 local real estate agents will access to your listing and be able to show it to all of their pre-qualified clients.
F) Exposure- In addition to the MLS, I will be making sure your listing will be exposed to ALL of the websites that have access to MLS including Carolinahome.com and Homes.com.
G) Experience- I have an extensive background in real estate with over 20 years of practical experience in investing in real estate with over three of those years as a full-time broker/Realtorâ. My experience in buying and selling real estate will also be a very valuable asset to the process of selling your home.
H) Time management- I will be taking care of all of home showings, marketing, calls for information, and open house events will be crucial to efficiently getting your home sold.
I) Past, present, and future clients- I will be marketing your home to my past, present & future clients and other agents to sell your home. This includes my regular buyer clients and my extensive database of investors.
J) The “SELL MY HOUSE” kit- Each of my clients get my special seller’s kit on quickly and effectively selling their home.
K) Centralized Showing Service- A service that I utilize for your listing that will provide for a quick, and professional way to schedule showing appointments and feedback.
L) Safety/theft- All visitors/prospective buyers will be accompanied by a licensed NC Broker. This can you the peace-of-mind that a professional can take care of each showing, etc.
M) Paperwork- As a Realtor, I will be able to provide all of the latest North Carolina approved real estate contracts for the sale of your home. As well as knowing the intricacies of the paperwork (ie. the new 8 page Purchase and Sale contract agreement).
